Disability Case Management

Research has shown that many employee's who are accessing disability coverage often struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues. In some cases the mental health or substance abuse issues resulted in the need for disability, and in other cases, the resulting mental health or substance abuse problems develop subsequent to being put on disability. In either case, it can be useful to have T.E.A.M. evaluate and then, as needed, case manage the disability services. We can help ensure the employee is receiving the care they need and help get them back to work as quickly as possible. We currently provide this service for a number of our accounts, and have demonstrated a history of putting client care first, and still saving self-insured funds money by getting employees back to work more quickly.
