The Continuum of Care

T.E.A.M., Inc. is the only company that provides both TPA and EAP services. We can help you with designing and writing a policy that will fit your organization. T.E.A.M., Inc. helps arrange all the key components needed to make a program operate. We can assist with implementation of the alcohol and drug program. If an employee tests positive under your policy, they are able to come into T.E.A.M., Inc. for a free evaluation under the EAP services. If your employee needs some type of treatment program, we are there to guide them toward a quality program. T.E.A.M., Inc. then monitors your employee's progress throughout their treatment and notifies you of their compliance and completion of the treatment program. Lastly, we help reintegrate the employee successfully back into the workplace.
