Types of TPA Services TEAM Performs

T.E.A.M., Inc., functioning as your TPA, provides all of the following services:

Assist in designing and providing various templates of drug testing policies
We are available to your organization and/or employees for consultation regarding any and/or all Third Party Administrator (TPA) related policies and procedures (e.g., troubleshooting, explanation of policy to employees, reading of results, etc.).
Construction and maintenance of database information (if performing Random Drug Testing).
Establish on and off site collection facilities.
Collection of specimens either on site or at a collection facility.
Transportation of specimens to Medtox Laboratory.
Analysis of specimens using DOT or Non-DOT five/ten-panel drug screen (others available at request).
Medical Review Officer (MRO) verification of all specimens.
Acquisition of all physical drug testing results.
Confidential and secure storage of all drug test results.
Mailing of test results to all employees as requested/required.
Provide consolidated billing through T.E.A.M., Inc. for collection site fees, transportation fees, specimen analysis and MRO fees.
