Counselors Available On-Site

In some instances, managers are faced with particularly problematic employees. If there are concerns about a potential for violence or simply questions about an employee's emotional or mental stability and safety, T.E.A.M. counselors can provide explicit instruction to supervisors, or even come to the work site to be available to evaluate an employee during the course of a disciplinary action.

T.E.A.M. counselors are often on-site for seminars and trainings that we perform. If there are employee or departmental conflicts, we are able to do organizational interventions designed to resolve such issues and return coworkers or departments back to their normal level of cooperation and performance. Simply call us and explain the situation and we can help devise a plan to help with any situation.
