
Performance Based Employee ReferralsMost organizations know that one of the biggest expenses is employee turnover. The majority of employees who are terminated for things like absenteeism and poor performance are having some personal problems in their life. This is especially true if there is no history of problems for a given employee who is suddenly displaying performance problems. Utilizing the expertise of T.E.A.M. counselors is one way to intervene upon an otherwise good employee and help them get their performance back on track. T.E.A.M. Inc. will come out to your organization to provide management training on how to work collaboratively with us to improve employee performance and when appropriate we will meet with the employee in the workplace. Managers and supervisors need only make a formal referral of an employee to T.E.A.M. This means the employee is required to be evaluated and follow the recommendations of the T.E.A.M. counselor as a contingency of the consequences dictated by the employer. At this point T.E.A.M. steps in and handles the rest. We evaluate the underlying problem, make specific recommendations designed to resolve the problem and monitor the employee's compliance with the recommendations. We function as the liaison of information between the organization and the services the employee is receiving. This helps protect the employee's confidentiality around their personal problems and keeps the organization free from over-involving themselves in their employee's issues. T.E.A.M., Inc.
