Q: Is T.E.A.M. Inc. able to service our organization nationally?
A: Yes, although we have our headquarters in St. Paul, MN, we work with many accounts who have multiple locations around the country. T.E.A.M. has a network of affiliates across the nation who see our clients face to face.
Q: How many sessions are available to our people?
A: T.E.A.M., Inc. does not predetermine the number of sessions for a client. This is determined contractually between your organization and T.E.A.M., Inc.
Q: Does T.E.A.M. provide other services besides just counseling?
A: Yes, as part of our Full EAP employees also receive free legal referrals, financial referrals, child and elder care resources. We have a variety of trainings and seminars, can provide utilization review of benefits, and administration of drug and alcohol programs.
Q: Does T.E.A.M., Inc. perform organization mandated performance based employee referrals?
A: Yes, we strongly encourage this as a method of reducing employee turnover. T.E.A.M. counselors will evaluate employees, make formal recommendations, help connect employees to resources as needed, and monitor their compliance with recommendations, all the while keeping the supervisors informed of the process.
Q: Does T.E.A.M., Inc. work with Taft-Hartley Funds?
A: Yes, many of our accounts that contract for service are self-insured. In many of these cases we are also able to provide case management and utilization review services. Interested parties are encouraged to see the 'Case Management' tab from our home page.
Q: Are T.E.A.M. counselors available 24 hours a day?
A: We are available 24 hours daily, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Q: How does T.E.A.M. Inc. handle clients that don't speak English?
A: T.E.A.M., Inc. works with several organizations that have predominantly Spanish speaking clients and we have brochures and materials translated for them. We are also able to see clients of any nationality. We contract with a confidential interpretation service and are able to have an interpreter in the counseling session.
Q: Does T.E.A.M., Inc. provide varying levels of service?
A: Yes, we are able to provide modified versions of our service to fit any organizations needs. Organizations can also contract for abridged versions of our Full EAP, such as one session, or 1-3, however, our studies have found that the Full EAP tends to maximize long term results.
Q: Are T.E.A.M. counselors available to be on the jobsite?
A: Yes, we pride ourselves on having a presence in the workplace. Simply call us, let us know what is needed, and we can have a counselor at your jobsite. We routinely come to the workplace to provide orientations to our services. We want your staff to associate T.E.A.M., Inc. with a face.
