Who is T.E.A.M.?

Total Employee Assistance Management, Inc. (T.E.A.M., Inc.) was incorporated in 1987 and has been offering a wide variety of services since that time. Karen Hagen, Owner, President & CEO is the primary officer of the company. In the past 19 years, T.E.A.M., Inc. has grown from one account to now providing services for a wide range of city municipalities, companies, organizations, and unions. The focus of our organization has been to provide face-to-face, individualized counseling services to union members, organizational employees and their families.

Currently, T.E.A.M., Inc. provides EAP services to nearly one half million members, employees and their dependents. T.E.A.M. also does Third Party Administration (TPA) of alcohol and drug testing programs and Utilization Review and managed care services for several of our accounts. T.E.A.M., Inc. has made no acquisitions nor entered into any mergers since its inception, and has no intention of doing so. Additionally, we have developed a national network of affiliates.
